RETURNS – REFUNDS
→ Each customer who wishes to return an order has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to make a return.
To do so, the customer must submit a request via the contact form, indicating the order number.
→ In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, it is imperative to contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the order. After this period, the order is deemed to be compliant.

If the purchaser changes his/her mind and wishes to obtain a refund for his/her order, he/she has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to send his/her return request to Customer Service, via the contact form. If the 14-day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
Should an item be defective, the buyer has 48 hours from receipt of the order to contact Customer Service. In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) by e-mail (description and photos attached) to Customer Service first via the“Contact us” form.
If the buyer has benefited from an item offered as part of an order, for whatever reason, such as a lost and undelivered parcel, abnormal delivery delay, special offer or donation, and wishes to return part or all of the order, the buyer must also return the item offered.
In the event of a return, we are obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, with the exception of return shipping costs. Shipping costs (return postage) are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay their own shipping costs to return the item to our center. Any shipping costs, such as for secure delivery, are non-refundable.
Refunds are due within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned parcel(s).
ALL REFUNDS ARE IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT NOTE, VALID ON THE SITE.
This policy applies to all items sold on the site, with the exception of personalized items. Personalized items cannot be returned.
