STEPS 1 TO 4
Print PDF file and cut out parts (do not cut out dotted lines).
Fold in/out along the lines, using a ruler or folding tool.
- The dotted lines represent valley folds (towards you).
- The dots represent assembly folds (to the outside).
Find matching pairs of large letters and small numbers.
Glue the different parts with the same number, following the order of the different parts in the instructions.
Further information
Then, depending on the model, you’ll be given instructions on the order in which to glue the various parts. For ease of use, remember to follow these instructions to ensure smooth, trouble-free assembly.
Printing tips
When you receive your file, you have the papers to print with the colors:
- Please note that most printers print upside down. So print color by color.
- For black, we recommend printing on a white sheet and then using Patafix to cut out the black sheet. Adhesive white sheets are also available.
Gluing tips
Gluing can be done using glue or double-sided adhesive.
White, fast-setting glue is best. Apply your glue and hold for 5 to 10 seconds. Be careful not to apply too much, or it will spill over.
For the parts that close (the last part you can’t put pressure on to make it stick), you can use small magnets, or double-sided tape, which also works very well.
Cricut and Silhouette studio
Some of our models are directly compatible with the Cricut and Silhouettestudio machines.
You’ll find SVG (Cricut) and DXF (Silhouette) files which, depending on your machine, will allow you to print, cut and pre-fold to save time on your assembly.
