Scientifically called Vulpes vulpes, the fox is an incredibly adaptable and sociable animal. They inhabit diverse environments across the globe such as North America, Europe, Asia and North Africa, and are content with a wide variety of environments. Their diets are just as eclectic. The foxes are similar in size to medium-sized domestic dogs.
These mammals are not very heavy, their weight varying between 680 g and 11 kg. Their majestic tail can measure from 30 to 56 cm.
